Casa Los Naranjos
The house „Los Naranjos“ is an old cottage, which is renovated in old Spanish colonial style as well. Precious furniture, terracotta floors and strong colours spray the typical “pure style”, which is typical for all three houses in El Arico.
Living room with a fitted kitchen, dining room, bedroom and bathroom with tub and shower are amply spread on the living area which amounts to 90 sqm.
In the huge garden you can find orange trees, mango trees and guava trees.
The pool measures 8.60 m² and has a depth of 1.7 m.
Extras
Moreover Spanish TV and a mini CD stereo can be used.
It exists a washing room with a washing machine.
Towels are changed all three days and bedclothes once a week. In addition your house is cleaned once a week.
