This cottage was originally the oldest of the cottages. The walls of this old house are made with natural stones and plastered. Therefore the climate of the house is pleasant. We used only natural materials when renovating the house. The finca is free from electro-smog radiation.
Next to the entrance of the rural cottage is a large roof-covered sun terrace (7mx4m) with outdoor furniture, from where one can enjoy the lovely view overthe valley and the Atlantic. This terrace is ideal to have breackfast with the first sunrays.
On the terrace you can find a portable BBQ. A stairway guides you to the garden with herbs and fruit trees (bananas, avocados, figs, papaya, etc.) and furthermore to the roof-terrace and the kitchen.
The roof terrace is partly covered by a natural roof and therefore is a nice and cosey place to rest. An ideal spot for having breakfast under the first sunrays and to watch the fascinating sunset in the evening. From this roof terrace you have a magnificent view on the sea.
The spacious living room (16sqm) is comfortably furnished. Further a Sat-TV with radio is at disposal. The house is designed for 2 persons, but in the living room there is an additinal sleeping couch for another 2 persons. Behind the house is a second bathroom for additional guests.
Modern and antique furniture are artfully combined and create a cozy atmosphere.
The modern kitchen contains an electric ceran-hob with 4 plates, electric oven, refrigerator, sink, coffee machine, toaster, water kettle and juicer.
4 persons can be seated at the dining table in the kitchen.
From the other side of the living room you can access the bedroom, with two comfortable beds, each 80x190cm.
The bedroom has its own bathroom ensuite with shower, hand basin, and W.C., outfitted with hair dryer, cosmetic mirror and bathing-wrap. In an extension you will find another bathroom, which can be used for example by the persons who sleep on the sleeping couch in the living room.
The living space is ca. 43 sqm, the terrace measures 20 sqm and the roof terrace 15 sqm.
