Small but very nice. On 20 sqm there is a combined living - bed room with one double bed (140 x 200 cm), wardrobe, dining area, comfortable rattan chairs and a davenport. As well there is Sat - TV and radio with international programmes. Mediterranean style with wood and other natural materials give a special flair to it.
The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with utensils like coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juice squeezer, etc.
Bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC.
Next to the studio there is terrace of 30 sqm and a roof terrace and in front a garden.
In addition to the studio you could book the guest room. This has got its own terrace with sea view and Sat TV as well as a stereo equipment.
