The winter garden house is a free-standing house with a living area of 28 sqm which is situated at the most beautiful location of the "Cottage Constanza". In the Eastern part you look at the rising sun over the Roque del Conde which is the landmark of the South and to the romantic Barranco. In the South you have a wonderful view to the sea over the valley.
In the South-West a huge panorama window with view to the palm garden and the pool can be found.
Furthermore from the terrace in the south you can enjoy wonderful sunsets with view to the neighbouring island “La Gomera”.
An antique lead glazed window sets specific courses and restrains the house towards the biotope/pond.
The equipment is comfortable and practical. With its hotel room-character the house offers place for living, cooking, sleeping with high demands and extravagances. All necessary kitchenware, a 4-plates cooker and a bar for breakfast form the small American kitchen.

The separate bathroom with shower and toilet is very individual and as the rest of the house it is equipped in high quality.
It was built with natural building materials. The wood ceiling and the wood chevrons, window frames made of wood and old hand-made “Cantos Blancos” stones give the building a distinctively air.
