The living room has a size of 40 sqm and is equipped with a counter and an extendable table and chairs made of wood. In the corner a lighted fountain in art nouveau with three tulip lamps can be found. An elegant, antique trolley-table is decorated by a hand-painted porcelain fruit bowl of the turn of the century.
Three-piece suit and marmoreal coffee table derive from the time of the Vienna baroque. The ceiling decoration is upvalued by a beautiful chandelier which is from the K&K monarchy and was original used with candles. The lead crystal is hand blown, handground and hand polished. An item of the museum for glassblowing in Reichenberg in the Karkonosze.
The TV with access to German SAT-TV stands on a mahogany wood cupboard and aside a mahogany glass vitrine can be found. Adverse the three-piece suit a mahogany coloured wall unit with fold-out beds (180 x 80 cm) and a wardrobe are located.
The upper part of the wall above window and door is decorated by a 4 m-long caparison with an especially decorative design.
In the bedroom a double bed with separated mattresses (80 x 200 cm each) and an antique wardrobe made of nature wood as well as night table, a pier glass and commode are provided.
The other bedroom is equipped with new furniture in art nouveau. Here you can find a French bed (150 x 190 cm), night table, a Tiffany-lamp and a cupboard in colour coordinated harmony.
The reading room is beautiful. It has two gold-coloured chairs, a glass table, a commode in art nouveau and a French drop light in art nouveau. Moreover two fold-out single beds (80 x 180 cm) attached in a mahogany-coloured wall unit is supplied. This room consists of harmonious colours, too.
The wall decoration consists of three copper engravings of the Prague artist Vincenc Morstadt (1835) and antique oil paintings.
A 65 sqm-large, land typical patio with a table made of stone and two benches, a fountain, a lantern and a lot of plants belong to the apartment. The comfortable lounge especially invites to a breakfast in common and a relaxing dinner. Especially nature and culture lovers enjoy the various plants in the patio and the rank Bougainville blooming the whole year.
If the house is fully occupied an additional shower and a toilet in the patio can be used without further charge.
