"Casa Carmen's“ living space is divided between two floors. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are accommodated in the upper part of the house. The lower floor contains the living area, a separate kitchen and a small WC.
Living room
The inner area of the living-room is finished in simple white. The light-coloured wood furniture has coverings in natural coloured fabrics and matches the terracotta tiles to perfection. This interplay of colours evokes a pleasant, relaxing sensation.
The living area includes a TV set on which of course German channels can be seen, and a small stereo system.
Kitchen
The living room leads to the Finca's separate kitchen. Rustic wooden cupboards and a modern granite worktop combine to maintain the charm of the old country house style. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. A complete inventory is available in our equipment list.
Bathroom
The bathroom on the upper floor is reached by an open-plan stairway in the living area. Creative design features have been included by the use of beautiful tiles. These radiate a soothing warmth so that one feels completely at home.
In addition, there is a second, small guest WC on the lower floor. Here too, no details have been overlooked.
Bedroom
The two bedrooms are on the top floor. The first bedroom on this floor, with sea views, has a large, wooden double bed, with a matching bedside table on each side. The roomy wardrobe offers plenty of space.
The other bedroom, equipped with a single bed, is on the other side. The main feature of this cosy room is the balcony. From here you can enjoy the magnificent views over the sea and of massive Mount Teide.
Outdoor area
Access to the private terrace, the loveliest part of the outdoor facilities, is from the living area. Here, surrounded by brightly coloured flowers and plants, you can relax the whole day long or let the evening pass pleasantly into night.
Prices
Price per night for two persons: 80 €
During Easter (Sunday before Easter till Easter Sunday) and Christmas (24/12 - 06/01): 20 % supplement
Each further person: 10 € per night
Children till 12 years: 5 € per night
We charge the price of one additional night for one-off costs such as final cleaning.
