In these enchanting cottages in the north of Tenerife you will feel as if you are living in a fairy tale world. The two Canarian style houses are set in 8,000 sq.m. of land and are surrounded by a natural landscape which includes fruit trees, wild flowers and herbs. What is more, you can enjoy the spectacular views up to Spain's highest peak, El Teide, and down to the Atlantic Ocean.
The finca is situated in La Florida, a small village in the municipality of Icod de los Vinos, in the northwest of the island. The property consists of the main building, which belongs to the owner, and two separated apartments. There is a large sun terrace, a well equipped outdoor kitchen and a communal swimming pool. Of course you can also enjoy all the fruit and vegetables which grow in abundance on the Finca.
The first house comprises a living room with American kitchen, a bedroom and bathroom with WC and shower. This attractive apartment is suitable for small families or couples.
In the lounge there is a sofa bed so 3 people can be accommodated comfortably. An additional bed for a child can be arranged on request. The apartment is equipped with satellite TV, and radio. In the kitchen there is a coffee machine, fridge, and toaster.
The large sun terrace is in front of the house. The Finca is 400m above sea level, so imagine relaxing here and enjoying your meals in the open air while taking in the unique view over the magnificent landscape…
Some years ago the owner, Francine, developed a former outbuilding into a studio flat. According to her the best views are to be had from here. You can sit at the table and eat or lie in bed and look straight out of the large picture window at the amazing views.
The accommodation comprises a large living area with American kitchen. The bathroom is delightful as it is set into the rock face and you can enjoy your shower next to the natural stone.
Finca Francine is an oasis of silence in this hilly and unspoilt region of the island. Few tourists venture here so you can enjoy the rural setting and see the farmers working their terraced fields. The scent of the nearby Canary Pine trees fills the air, and on Sunday the little church on the edge of the forest is worth a visit.
Of course, if you wish, you can spend all your time at the finca, and explore the maze of paths and hidden-away corners. Children will spend hours splashing in the swimming pool and you can enjoy the smell of the wild herbs and flowers and taste the home-grown fruit. Animal lovers will appreciate the company of the family dogs, cats and pet turtle.

From 12/24 to 01/06 -Christmas- and -Easter- will be charged a supplement of 20%.
We charge the price of one additional night for one-off costs such as final cleaning.
