Finca San Juan is a charming, small, country lodge hotel set in the middle of its own banana plantation, vineyards, and orchard. Many exotic trees, plants and flowers grow in the vicinity.
This property offers more than just accommodation. Here, relaxation is guaranteed – even for stressed housewives, who do not need to clean or tidy up, as room service is taken care of every day. You can relax in the sauna, by the pool or on the tennis court.
Location of Finca San Juan
There are magnificent panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, the majestic Mount Teide (Spain’s highest mountain - 3,718 m) and the surrounding countryside.
It is located approx. 200 metres above sea level between the towns of Puerto de la Cruz and Icod de los Vinos. Set in approx. 1 ha of land this a real rural retreat.

The surroundings
The oldest Dragon Tree of the world
In fantastic tranquillity you can escape the hustle and bustle of every day life and relax completely. However, the popular wine-town of Icod de los Vinos is only a few minutes by car.
Here, you can enter one of the numerous wineries and join wine tasting, or you visit the oldest dragon tree of the world “Drago Milenario”, or you can just stroll the typical alleyways.
The beach
The nearest beach is only about 15 minutes away and very popular with locals as it is still very original. In one of the restaurants, you can enjoy the delicious Canarian kitchen after sunbathing.
There is hardly any tourism, but tranquillity and typical Canarian calmness. The rural hotel is run by Germans.
