Cottage Botino in "El Rincón"
The building contains three apartments, all of them with an approximate size of 60 sqm, 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
The Finca Botino is in a unique location nestling between the banana plantations in a much sought-after part of North Tenerife. It is only a 10 minute walk down to three of Tenerife’s most spectacular unspoilt beaches, El Bullullo, Los Patos and El Hacón.
The popular tourist destination of Puerto de la Cruz is only 5 minutes away but in the Finca you can have as much peace and quiet as you want in the natural surroundings of “El Rincon “ – This is the Spanish name for this unspoilt “corner” of the Orotava Valley.
There are three apartments in The Finca, each one is about 60 sq.m. They all have two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom.The Apartments are fully equipped and you have everything you need to make your holiday relaxed and trouble free.
Botino_Wohnzimmer
The spacious living room is in the centre of the apartment. The light coloured walls, rustic interior and pictures on the walls provide a warm, comfortable atmosphere. Here you can let the day go by relaxing in an armchair or lounging on the sofa and or you can even watch German Sat -TV. A small CD and cassette player is provided so you can play your own music.
The two bedrooms have two single beds which can be joined together if required. All the beds (90x200) have good quality mattresses for your complete comfort. Built-in wardrobes allow enough space to store all your belongings and luggage.
From one of the bedrooms you look over the green banana plantations, and from the other you look over the trees towards the magnificent clear blue Atlantic Ocean.
The kitchen is on the left of the entrance. Although compact it has everything you need to prepare a tasty meal.
There is cutlery, crockery, a ceramic hob with 4 plates, and an oven to heat your fresh breakfast rolls or cook a roast dinner.
There is a fridge-freezer and of course, for a great start to your day, there is a coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
The bathroom is between the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. It is fully tiled and is light and airy.
There is a shower cubicle, a wash basin, a WC and enough space for all your wash things.
Plenty of towels and a hairdryer are also provided.

Each apartment has its own small terrace, and there is a large roof terrace for common use which is reached by the outdoor stairs. There are spectacular views along the coast and up to El Teide which is the highest mountain in Spain. In case you want to spend a day at home we provide out-door chairs for you to relax in.
Just outside the apartments is a barbeque area for your use and from here you can enjoy the wonderful views over the banana plantations down to the ocean.
The closest beach is about 10 minutes away and can be reached by a foot path through a ravine with lush vegetation. It is a steep climb back up so you may prefer to go by car. After your walk you can eat at the popular fish restaurant just above El Bollullo beach. La Rosaleda, a charming nine-hole golf course, is just up the road.
After staying in this delightful rural setting your will feel refreshed and invigorated and ready to go back to the hustle and bustle of everyday life, – until next year of course, when we hope to see you again!

From 24.12.08 to 06.01.09 and from the Monday before Easter till Easter Monday a 20% supplement will be charged .
We charge the price of one additional night for one-off costs such as the final cleaning.
