Casa La Romerita is built on the hillside. From the terrace (30 square metres) you can enjoy amazing views over the sea and up towards Mount Teide.
La Romera was built in the traditional Canarian style and has been tastefully renovated.
The interior, with the pitched timbered ceiling and beautiful flagstones, takes you back to another era.
The cottage has a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, dining room and a bathroom with shower.
In front of the house there is a terrace that can be used as a carport as well. The property has an electric gate.
The access to the main sun terrace (30 sqm) is from the living room. From here you have amazing views over the entire coast, Puerto de la Cruz and Mount Teide.
The cottage also has Sat-TV.
