The cottage
The house „Casa de Miguel“ is approximately 120 years old and completely restored. The Canarian architecture was widely considered and regarded. Your apartment is in dispose of an own car park, from which you have access to your 100 sqm large terrace, which is equipped with a whirlpool, a sunbathing area, Canarian roofing and awning. A cushioned lounge with chairs and a sunshade is provided in front of the entrance door.
Wohnzimmer
The living area is decorated with a comfortable sleeping couch and sitting opportunities in Indonesian style. Moreover German TV and videos with films about Tenerife and a stereo with a huge variety of Spanish music are provided. Fancy lighting for pleasant evenings creates a special atmosphere.
Küche
The apartment itself has a size of about 45 sqm including an open wooden kitchen and all corresponding kitchen equipments. A small extendable dinging table is implemented, too. A great choice of traditional wines is available.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with occasional furniture. In the tower you can find a Canarian bed of stone with a slatted frame and a high quality mattress (140 x 200 cm).
The cleaning of the terrace and the apartment as well as the changing of bedclothes and towels are effected weekly. If desired, your clothes can be cleaned and ironed.

Garten
The „Casa de Miguel“ is located in a height, where the outskirts of the enormous pinewood begin. Thus there are a lot of possibilities to hike or relax. The beautiful wood guarantees clean air. You have a view over the sea up to the neighbouring isle La Palma.

We are prepared to provide information about sights, places of excursions and worthwhile restaurants of typical Canarian up to exalted international cuisine.
Teide mit Wolkenmeer
In the time from May to November a balanced and pleasant climate with temperatures between 23 and 30 centigrade prevails. In the evening the temperatures fall to 19-23 centigrade, which guarantees a convenient sleep. Between December and April it gets a bit colder. The temperatures balance between 15-18 centigrade and during the day between 18-22 centigrade. The house is equipped with a heater.
Prices
Prices are independent of the season.
The apartment costs 55 € per night for 2 persons.
We charge 50 € for one-off costs such as final cleaning.
During Easter (Monday before Easter till Easter Monday) and Christmas (24.12. - 06.01.):
60 € per night for 2 persons
We grant discounts for stays longer than 4 weeks.
